Seminar Videos

As the window of opportunity to halt climate change grows ever tighter, it would not be surprising to find ourselves wondering if there is really time for self-care in a climate emergency.

But emerging from lockdown, many of us have experienced challenges in this current pandemic that have had unprecedented and profound impacts on our wellbeing.

So perhaps this event’s question is better phrased, can we afford not to set aside time for self-care in a climate emergency?

Our chair and panellists each themselves play pivotal roles in responding to the climate emergency and know only too well the challenges of this delicate balance.

Each of our panellists gave a short overview of their understanding of the interplay between self-care and the climate emergency, followed by questions from our chair, and the final 45 minutes for Q and A from the audience.

Take a look at the recording above (click the image), and subscribe to Climate.Emergence to hear about more events like this and receive weekly ideas for practicing self-care in a climate emergency.
